As part of Atlanta Earth Day and Women’s Celebration at the Capitol, Georgia Senator Randal Mangham, is supporting Heat Risks literacy in the South and will be presenting a new State Resolution designed to empower women and vulnerable communities in Georgia.
This brand-new resolution can help people in your community gain risk literacy and reduce heat-related mortality among pregnant women and girls in vulnerable communities across the state. This official resolution and community conversation will include your leaders and elected officials from Stone Mountain and the City of Lilburn.
We will have live sessions and online sessions throughout the day, and you are welcome to volunteer and help improve the event so it fits your learning style.
