The unique partnership will bring Peloton’s world-class fitness and wellness content to Twin’s AI digital twin program, proven to treat diabetes, prediabetes and obesity while reducing reliance on medications
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Oct. 14, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Twin Health, the AI Digital Twin pioneer for metabolic health, today announced a partnership with Peloton, the industry leader in connected fitness and wellness content and equipment. Twin Health members will have access to Peloton’s expansive library of live and on-demand fitness classes, spanning cardio, strength training, yoga, meditation, and more.
By integrating Peloton’s fitness and wellness content led by world-class instructors directly into each member’s hyper-personalized AI Digital Twin care plan, Twin is creating a new standard of care for metabolic health. The AI Digital Twin recommends specific Peloton content that will help members achieve their metabolic health goals. For example, low-impact cardio to improve heart health, strength training to build metabolic resilience, yoga for stress management, and guided meditation to improve sleep quality.
“At Peloton, we have long held that movement is medicine. Our interest in improving people’s health outcomes is about putting that belief into action at scale, which we can accomplish with Twin Health,” said Greg Hybl, Senior Vice President & General Manager, Peloton for Business. “Together, we are pairing connected fitness and wellness with clinical care to unlock life-changing health outcomes for more people than ever before.”
Twin members will receive a Peloton App One membership, with access to a library of live and on-demand fitness classes, at no additional cost. Twin members will also have the option of a reduced-cost Peloton Bike+ rental or a Peloton All-Access membership.
“Twin Health members can benefit enormously from Peloton’s extensive library of expert-led content across many disciplines,” said Lisa Shah, Twin’s Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer. “This partnership reflects our commitment to reinventing metabolic care by combining Twin’s continuous, precision-guided insights with Peloton’s industry-leading fitness and wellness content. Together, we help members achieve lasting health outcomes and sustain muscle mass while safely reducing or discontinuing costly medications like GLP-1s, without rebound weight gain.”
This comes on the heels of the release of a landmark study in the New England Journal of Medicine Catalyst that found Twin Health’s AI Digital Twin is a highly effective treatment for diabetes and weight loss, without high-cost medications.
