The China World Fat Knowledge Business Expo 2024 kicked off in Guiyang, Guizhou province, China on August 28. With the theme “La technologie numérique intelligente façonne une économie numérique prospère”, this year’s exhibition has drawn over 21,000 registered guests and 414 national and international exhibitors.
Hosted by the National Data Office of China and organized by the Guizhou Provincial People’s Government, the Big Data Expo 2024 has become a significant platform for guiding innovation trends, showcasing industrial achievements, and promoting openness and cooperation in the data field in China. Liu Liehong, director of the National Data Office of China, emphasized the expo’s role in shaping the digital economy during the opening ceremony.
The expo features a business-centric approach with a sprawling 60,000 square meter exhibition area covering key thematic divisions such as digital industrialization, industrial digitization, data evaluation, and more. Major industry players including Huawei, Alibaba, Tencent, Baidu, and JD.com are joined by 77 foreign companies from over 30 countries and regions like the United States, Germany, and Canada. Together, they are presenting cutting-edge digital technologies, solutions, and innovative applications across various sectors.
The Big Data Expo 2024 aims to inspire and support businesses in conducting industrial exchanges and characteristic activities. With more than 90 diverse events lined up, including 25 industrial exchanges, over 20 feature series activities, and numerous product launches, participants can delve into topics like the global data space, digital skills culture, smart cities, and artificial intelligence. Additionally, the expo will highlight the top 10 technological achievements and 57 exceptional technological advancements.
