Rochester Midland Company Acquires Norkem Group, Expanding Aqua Treatment Services in Canada
ROCHESTER, N.Y., Aug. 29, 2024 — Rochester Midland Company (“Rochester Midland” or the “Company”), a prominent supplier of route-based, technical products and services and specialty chemical products across aqua treatment, food safety, and other verticals, has recently announced the acquisition of Norkem Inc., Jacklyn Industries Inc., and Answers H2O Control Inc. (collectively, the “Norkem Group”), a water treatment service provider based in Ontario, Canada.
Established in 1996, the Norkem Group serves over 1,000 clients across Canada with extensive experience in industrial and commercial water treatment. Specializing in boiler water, cooling water, and wastewater treatment, the Norkem Group offers customized solutions and formulations tailored to a wide range of water treatment applications.
