Tuya Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer Resigns, Company Announces Transition Plan

(“Tuya” or the “Company”) (NYSE: TUYA; HKEX: 2391) has recently announced the resignation of Ms. Yao (Jessie) Liu, the Chief Financial Officer and senior vice president of Tuya, effective September 16, 2024. Ms. Liu has decided to step down to focus on her personal endeavors after more than 5 years with the company.
Tuya’s founder, director, and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Xueji (Jerry) Wang, expressed gratitude for Ms. Liu’s contributions to the company. He highlighted her role in leading Tuya’s successful public listings on the New York Stock Exchange in 2021 and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2022.
